I know little about your cited material, but I do know between the Tuskegee experiments and FORTY YEARS of clandestine syphilis studies, not to mention how early vaccine injuries of children disproportionally harmed young black males, black Americans' distrust of pharma and medicine was hard-earned and completely understandable.
Virology and vaccinology are both completely fraudulent sciences and while African American men were treated appallingly in those syphilis studies, it's not in the way admitted to. In her video on Tuskegee and related experiments, Dr Sam Bailey exposes that at the outset syphilis has never been proven to be a distinct illness.
As a general rule of thumb whenever they admit to anything it's never what the thing really was. I've written a post, for example, exposing the propaganda motive of the completely fabricated Operation Northwoods false flag proposal allegedly approved by senior military staff but then rejected by JFK.

I am less convinced of the "Virology and Vaccinology are both completely fraudulent sciences." I believe viruses exist; people I know, have worked with and respect who have explored that conspiracy theory because they thought there might be something to it, have in all but one case come down on the side of "viruses exist."
Do I think that a person's mental state, invisible waves/radiation from (d)evolving technologies and other external influences can affect a person's susceptibility to a virus? Absolutely. But I also think viruses legitimately exist.
The vaccine question is tougher. I think they have some benefit, but even the beneficial ones have been corrupted by combination vaccines, with the best example being the MMR. That said, if all vaccines were to disappear in healthy first-world societies, I doubt it would prove to be much of a loss. Other than to big pharma's bottom line, of course.

I scratch my head over certain sicknesses not being caused by some kind of foreign entity myself but "no viruses exist" isn't quite what the "no virus" camp is saying, what they're more precisely saying is that viruses haven't been proven to exist using the scientific method starting with the first paper by John Enders supposedly proving the existence of the measles virus - the paper itself tells you indirectly the experiments didn't prove its existence.
I highly recommend Mike Stone's substack (mikestone.substack.com) and website (www.viroliegy.com subtitled Exposing the lies of Germ Theory and virology using their own sources). He goes through the material put forward and simply shows how it's unscientific.
